Determine working group meeting times

The group will need to determine the cadence, frequency, and timing for meetings(1). Once meeting time is agreed upon, the OSSF Community Calendar(2) will be updated and publicly published for any interested persons to attend.

The 3 SIGs under this groups umbrella may decide to either work during this full group meeting or hold dedicated calls for the given topics, as the group forms and decides for themselves.
