This contains source code to import and add Logainm data to OpenStreetMap, which is relevant for the island of Ireland.
Run make redo to generate a new-boundaries.osm.xml which is a file you can upload with JOSM.
Run make td-dry-run/make bar-dry-run/make cp-dry-run to get debugging information about what errors there were when doing a match up.
