Integrate ORCiD as IdP for keycloak #2

It would be good to integrate ORCiD as an IdP - there is an existing plugin https://github.com/eosc-kc/keycloak-orcid that can be used - the integration needs to be encapsulated in the setup in the keycloak directory Docker image creation
