Button with options

I've seen some people selling bots that send buttons with options without using the official API. Does anyone know how they're doing it? I know it doesn't work with Baileys or whatsapp-web.js, but I think Venom supports it since they offer it in their premium package. Has anyone managed to get this working in some way?

it does not work again, whatsapp did an update that stooped it from working, it only works now if your using their API, you can send it, but it wont render, so i thing there are some conditions that they are checking before rendering it to the user

I wonder if the paid version of Orkestral has it? At least it's mentioned in the documentation.
