Cleaning Up Orphaned File Parts in Teldrive

Good day!

Currently, the combination of Teldrive and Rclone is working perfectly for me, and I am very grateful to the team for this product. However, I have a question regarding the parts of large files that Teldrive stores in its database.

If I restart Rclone and Teldrive while uploading a large file (e.g., 20 GB), the database will obviously retain records of the parts of the file that were being uploaded. I've noticed that the upload may then continue with a different file. I assume that Teldrive must have some mechanism to eventually find and remove these orphaned file parts to prevent unnecessary clutter in the database.

Could you please confirm whether such a mechanism exists in the current version, whether it is working, and if it can be managed in any way?
