Can we add strict-dep-builds as a package.json field

Hi, as per title can we do that because only enabling on .npmrc makes it hard for team members to sync that they have to manually setup as .npmrc is often in .gitignore and also private for its secure token.

You should not put private settings to your local .npmrc. That should be in the global .npmrc.

You will be able to put your settings into pnpm-workspace.yaml instead of .npmrc soon: https://github.com/orgs/pnpm/discussions/9037
