Let's try to use discussions here to keep communication lines open!

What's happened so far:

1. All original OTTR and metricminer repos have been given a warning tag at the top of the README and then archived at their old locations.
2. These have now been copied to here. The one exception being ottr-reports since an incoming PR is not quite ready yet.

I will try to break these out into issues with more details but this is the dump so far. Please claim any issues you are interested in taking.

Upcoming tasks with this transfer:

• Transferring relevant issues from the old repositories. -- started but this is a big task
• Carrying over tags and descriptions from original repos. -- Descriptions done tags not.
• Set up ALL the secrets here!
• Updating DNS records so that websites are now published from here - in progress (metricminer needs to be transferred but ottrproject.org is)
• File PRs on all repos here and elsewhere that is relevant that update the new links! jhudsl or fhdsl -> ottrproject search and replace for the win. -- in progress branches exist with search and replaces
• Beefing up a contributors guide!
• Beefing up the org README! -- in progress but needs more details

OTTR 3.0 release tasks:

1. Review and test ottr-reports once that PR is ready from Adam
2. Send out ottrpal CRAN update with new links
3. Send out OTTR syncs for 3.0
