Show list details within the list of lists

Currently, the list of bookmark lists shows these details for each list:
Show/hide icon / List name
count of bookmarks in the list

The lists are sorted by date of the last addition – there is no ability to sort by other criteria.

1. Display the creation date of the list
2. Display the last-modified date for the list
3. Allow sorting by name, creation date and also last-modified date
4. The bottom panel should show these sorting options
5. The bottom panel should be locked to the bottom of the screen (as for the list of bookmarks)
