Show bookmark dates within a list

Currently, viewing a bookmark list shows these details for each bookmark:
Icon (with the colour chosen by me) / Bookmark title
Distance from my current location (but grouped by location) / Type of place

When sorting by date, the list is just grouped into general intervals such as

• A week ago / A month ago / More than a month ago

The grouping are not correct - a bookmark added 14 days ago is included under "A month ago"
The date that the bookmark was created is not displayed at all.
The date of the last change to the bookmark is not displayed at all.

1. Display the creation date of the bookmark
2. Display the last-modified date for the bookmark
3. Allow sorting by creation date and also last-modified date
4. Forget the "A month ago" groupings - just show real dates
