Summary
Add support for a quick settings tile that allows quickly connecting/disconnecting from a swipe down.
Motivation
Millvad VPN has a functionality like this, where you can just swipe down and have a button there to connect or disconnect. This would be super nice to quickly enable the VPN connection.
Proposed Solution
A quick settings tile added to the app.
