Add Vertical Scrolling functionality for Elementor Loop Carousel

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

The loop carousel is a fantastic feature but only with horizontal scroll (left and right). There should be the option to select the scroll orientation required for the same. Currently there is only left & right (horizontal) scroll options and not up & down (vertical).
