How to make a block span the entire page when there are blocks divided into two columns above it

Summary

I am currently creating a report using the following code

    dp_page.append(dp.Page(dp.Group(blocks=dp_list_read_qc, columns=2), title="Read QC"))
    dp_page.append(dp.Page(dp.Group(blocks=dp_list_test_qc, columns=2), title="Test QC"))
    dp.save_report(dp_page, path=f"{writeDir}/report.html")

Within dp_list_read_qc is an entry that I would like to span the entire page, i.e., columns=1. I would assume there's a solution for this but it isn't obvious to me after going through the docs.
