Conference sponsors prospectus

hey, we are now able to collect money from the hackathon and conference sponsors -> https://opencollective.com/asyncapi/events/asyncapi-hackathon-and-conference-2021-3156d7af
but I need support to prepare a good prospectus, like a PDF we can share with potential sponsors that explains what people get in exchange. Content is there in open collective, just needs more love. Any volunteers are welcome here

For the PSD file, you can use photopea.com.

@fmvilas just a doubt, should i convert the Google Docs into PSD design. Or can I even work on canva..

At some places like designing banners we will need to use photopea.com; but most of the other content is in the grid format and we can type in canva also. Major drawback I see in Canva is not able to give editable format to community (have to explore the way to do it)

What do you want to use Canva for? Yeah, I switched to Google Docs so we can collaborate.

My assumption was to convert the Google docs like this ASC spec prospect..

To build Prospect like the above link, I assumed you have mentioned to use photopea; so Instead of photopea I thought of using Canva.

So for my clarity (for me its first time contributing to prospect designs), so plan is to write the content in Google Docs, for designs (like page header and footer) photopea is used; and then convert the document to PDF and share to companies. Is it right ?

@derberg I would like to know some data to put in the prospectus, maybe you know this information:

• Approximately how much has the community grown in the last year?
• How much is it expected to grow as a result of the Hackathon and Conference?
• And what is the approximate number of "visitors" expected this year at the Conference?

1. I am not sure how to open PDF in new tab, for other events under linuxfoundation it opens properly, but the code I wrote is not working. Copied and pasted code from another section 😢

2. is the name of PDF file fine ? should we change it for better SEO.
