The new CoC involves the TSC as a last option for solving some incidents, specially when it comes to conflicts of interests of members of the CoC Committee.

That means, TSC should be aware of the CoC (done in #1070) and that the requirement of reading the CoC and accepting it should become a requirement for becoming a TSC member.

That should be added as statement in https://github.com/asyncapi/community/blob/master/TSC_MEMBERSHIP.md
