Adding YouTube video features is a good idea, but it raises some questions and concerns. Another issue is that by doing this, we are essentially redirecting our customers to YouTube. This mainly benefits YouTube and the watch time of those channels, while we gain almost nothing except sharing helpful content with students. It could even cause us to lose customers because many educational channels already have their own websites, and users may become attached to those platforms instead and leave ours entirely. I don’t think it’s a very good idea from a business-plan perspective. |

I have to say I don't agree to moving our valuable users to other platforms like Youtube. Even by showing a very related video to a user, you will create a considerable amount of chance that user continue exploring based on that video or suggested relations or get attractions by that specific creator and so on. @Aminnaderi10 's mentioned point about lack of good (efficient) matching strategy is also correct. |

In this idea, we want to show videos on our website in an embedded format after users click on them. Yes, maybe after clicking, users will watch some useful content and follow that channel. However, at the moment, we do not have our own video service or enough strong content creators. Over time, this feature can become more complete. As a first step, the suggested videos can be related videos from our YouTube channel. The main value of this service is providing the best video ranking system, because finding the best educational videos for a specific test or topic takes a lot of time. We could also charge users for access to this curated list, because it is very valuable. Over time, the videos would be rated and improved by the educational community. |
