Unable to load my certificate

i did complete my certificate
But i am neither on leaderboard nor on the certificate page.
Here's everything that i did.Pls tell what should i do more

You need a minimum of 60 points on the GSSoC leaderboard to receive the participation certificate. Unfortunately, you do not meet the eligibility criteria for certification this time so you are facing issues in verification of certificate.

how do i come to leaderboard and how do i get points.
i filled every google form there was but i didnt know about pull request.
Can anything be done now.
