• Weekly triage note published every week for 8 consecutive weeks
• Each note includes: top 3 risks, top 3 actions, owners, deadlines
• At least 1 remediation issue closed per week

Success Metric

Publish-to-remediation latency under 7 days for high-severity items.

Engagement disposition: evolving. Main now has the ritual and substantial log: docs/signals-triage/README.md defines the weekly process, and docs/signals-triage/triage-log.md records W1-W14 with a rolling median latency of 6 days through W13. It is not fully terminal: W14 is still marked in progress, and the original acceptance language asks for weekly notes/remediation outcomes rather than an open cycle. Keep the loop running and close W14 with a shipped/deferred remediation receipt.
