Add O2 and H2 tank control modules #1237
Description
Adding this here to not forget, the H2 and O2 tank systems had control modules so that both tanks had to be at a low pressure condition to engage the fans/heaters in AUTO.
For missions with 3 H2 and/or 3 O2 tanks, tank 3 was independent from 1 and 2 control modules.
