Would be great (I have been asked y ouple if times before) to have RMAN backup support on the roadmap.
Wishful thinking would be to define a simple backup schedule (like 6 days incremental, 7th day full backup)
and specify some storageClass to save everything into or recover from.

Data Guard automatic failover has also been addressed as separate issue (and is on the roadmap for 1.2 as I have read),
so please close issue #76 as duplicate of this one and the other...
