For tools that want to allow a user to select the current profile from the config file, it is necessary to have access to the parser's accumulator data structures. Similarly, for tools to have knowledge of default region, pem file path (for other uses such as token auth) and other info, it is necessary to have access to each profile's property map.
This PR makes the minimal changes to code to expose this information in the ConfigFileReader and adds some tests.
