ci(integration-tests): allow provenance checks fail on micronaut-core temporarily (#455)

The provenance generation on [micronaut-core](https://github.com/micronaut-projects/micronaut-core/actions/runs/6039112753/job/16391009301) repository has failed after.

Looking into the logs, it fails at this [step](https://github.com/micronaut-projects/micronaut-core/actions/runs/6039112753/job/16390907246#step:6:265) while creatin the verifier, which seems to be a transient network issue.

This PR updates the expected results for `micronaut-core` and allows the provenance-related checks fail until the issue is resolved.
