Squid Web Proxy Service won't start when Remote Blacklist is enable.

Describe the bug
I upgraded my Opnsense from 24.7.9 to 24.7.10_2, and the Squid Web Proxy service won't start when the Remote Blacklist is enabled.
It throw error.
Also, after download ACLs, the web category is still blank.
Please find all the screenshots of the issue

Remote Blacklist enable

Enable Proxy and Start the service

Force to start the Proxy Service and get an error

Remote Blacklist Disable

Proxy Service start without Error

Download remote ACLs and the category is still blank

Environment
Software version used and hardware type if relevant.
e.g.:

OPNsense 24.7.10_2-amd64

Also I uninstalled and re install and the issue is still the same
Manual configure the squid.conf file - issue is the same
Clear cache - issue is the same
Manually delete the UT1 file - the issue is still the same

I have a similar error but proxy when I try to restart it I get the below error.
