Currently wp1.openzim.org is available in English, but seeing how much of our target users are in regions that are not English-speaking, it would be useful to have the interface translated and available in other languages (Arabic, French and Spanish at least)

Seems reasonable, though I honestly have no idea how to set up an i18n system for this or any site. I've never done it before.
