Docs Enhancement: Add instructions to transfer TAO to new h160 address

This is an enhancement.

When a metamask address is created, then set to use Subtensor EVM Testnet, there are no instructions on how to transfer TAO to the address.

It would help to have directions that say create a mirror ss58 address, then transfer TAO to the ss58 address. Then check the balance in metamask, which should show a TAO amount.
