File explorer when loading a file takes too much time to show folder contents

For user, it takes around 4-5 seconds to load a folder while navigating (Opensim 4.5, locally, OneDrive installed).

For me, it is around 0.5 sec, so there is still a delay (Opensim 4.4 and Opensim 4.5, OneDrive non-installed, later installed).

Tried to load the latest JDK 8 from https://adoptium.net/temurin/archive/?version=8, but the delay is still the same.
