[FEATURE] add semantic field type

semantic field type is supported in OpenSearch since 3.1, not it's not exposed in Java Client yet.

What solution would you like?

Add semantic type in the field type list in Java client.

What alternatives have you considered?

Publish it through api specification to all clients.
