Create group on signup

Original request:

I also saw that someone could sign up as an Organization in an old Decidim promotional video on YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zhMMW0TENNA. Was this functionality removed or is it still available?

Feature proposal:

In Decidim, in order to create a group you need a user first, what we can do however, is to allow to create the group in the same page as the sign up.

This is a mockup proposal to do that:

With the check box disabled, no info is required for groups:

With the check box enabled, the group fields appear (and are mandatory):

Additionally, we propose to create this as a new feature for the module https://github.com/OpenSourcePolitics/decidim-module-friendly_signup/

We think this is the best place, as we maintain this module along side another company and it is dedicated to improve the registration process.
