no TimeSeriesDataPoints since midnight

Calls to get_facility_data have returned no results since approx. midnight. List below is missing data timestamps around midnight:

Any date range request that does not extend before midnight returns a 'API Error 416: Range Not Satisfiable' error.

This is clearly related to issue: #11

Is this an Easter holiday thing?
