Consider removing toastr.js from the OLH theme #5107
Description
The audit against WCAG 1.3.3 (#5105) identified a button within the toastr.js that is represented by a symbol × only, with no text alternative.
Discussion within the team is that toastr.js may no longer be in use in the OLH theme since it was used by the login pages which are now on the back office.
We need to confirm whether toastr.js is still in use, and if so, whether it can easily be removed.
