Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a preprints author using Janeway Repository, I expect to be able to link to the published article corresponding to my preprint, even if it doesn't have a DOI.

Describe the solution you'd like
The "Published version" URL linked to a Repository object should be able to be a DOI or a URL. Submitting authors or Repository Managers should be able specify only one of either.

Perhaps this could be achieved by:

  • allowing the "Published version" input value to be either a DOI or a URL; the Author/Manager should tick a box to
  • having "Published version DOI" be the primary field displayed, and having an option to input the "Published version URL" once a box is ticked or radio field selected; the URL input could either refresh the displayed text around the "Published DOI" field, or it could display a new field (see below)
