The issue management TOC sorting uses alphabetical ordering on numerical items #5071
Description
The journal issue management page where the ordering of articles in the TOC are arranged, has a sort_form, which allows for automatic sorting on different fields. Most of these are alphabetical, but some are numerical (at least some of the time) for example, page numbers. The sorting is still done alphabetically, so you end up with orders like this (in screenshot):
1, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 26, 27, 6, 9.
