error on article import: "Use snapshot_as_author instead"

Hi, I'm importing this CSV and getting this error "Use snapshot_as_author instead". I was unable to find any documentation or issues about this. I've been poking around but I'm unsure how to proceed. This is just running on a local installation.

It looks like the articles did import, though, just without author info. And I don't think they're in the Published stage even though that's what I put in the CSV.
