ROR-based affiliation imports #106
Description
User story
When adding backlist articles and other records to Janeway, any existing ROR-based affiliations should hook into Janeway's ROR models rather than naively creating custom organizations based on name strings. This extends to:
- JATS-based importers
- OJS importers
- Import / export / update CSV importer, although I do not think it would be feasible to support more than one affiliation per author
- Reviewer importer
