Add support for DOAJ API v4 #10
Description
DOAJ are releasing a new version of their REST API, with the main change being moving bulk updates onto asynchronous workers.
According to their timeline, the new API endpoint should be available already. v3 will be supported for the next 6 months

As a Janeway system administrator, I can run a new set of commands that will send a single request to either Delete or Create or Update records in bulk on DOAJ.
