Based on the research we do, the solver has to do 2 things:
Let's say we have a Chain-A (origin) - Chain B (destination).
To obtain the information from Chain-B to Chain-A.

We need to track when that data (represented at the state root of Chain-B)

Built the Merkle proof from Chain-B and executed the attestation (on the oracle) - Could be separate in step 1.1 and 1.2.
