Add JWS as Credential Format Specific Parameter

To support existing credentials like pure Json Web Signatures, I would like to request a new chapter under Appendix B. The content would be like the existing SD-JWT-VC one, but without the SD features and vct.

This is relevant in case of the RP Authorization approach that we have defined for the EUDI Wallet in Germany, where a RP has to provide a specific credential to authorized to request a credential from the wallet.

Of course we could just issue these JWS as SD-JWT VC without disclosure, but in this case case we can not reuse existing JWS that are already used out there. In the long run there would be more credentials like x509 certificates that could be used for authorization and be queried via DCQL, but this is not relevant for now.
