Adds Caspian Sea map with Team Spawns

Objectives

• It is basically a vertical version of Black Sea. This one is slighyly smaller. It would be the first Central Asian map and it will also complete the collection of caucasian maps (black sea, between two seas, and caucasus)
  There are 12 nations
