Example : I have in my storage a brand new NGK B9ES spark plug ( 087295126110 ), not yet entered into OPF, I don't own the bike it was intended for, so no chance I'd be using it in the foreseeable future.
I wouldn't mind making it available to lend so one person trying to troubleshoot his/her ( suspected case of foul spark plug - restarting the bike after deep storage/mothballing it ) can do so without buying a whole collection of brand new parts.
I'd need a service to build a personal list/database of stuffs I own and am willing to lend so people can search and and build their own list they're willing to lend, they look for borrowing, so they can source them from different lenders around their domicile.
Favor/promote soft mobilty and location obfuscation/privacy when looking for matches by searching based on isochrone xx' of walking, yy' of bike riding using postcode.
Could encourage co-owning of rather expansive tools not often used by linking/connecting several users looking for the same objects ( wish list ).
