Currently, taxonomy max depth in the frontend is set to 3 (0-indexed).
Make this match backend - there should be 6 levels max on the backend (1-indexed), but test that assumption with the backend.
You should be able to create subtags for all level except for the deepest level (6).
All available levels should be displayed.
