Description
Course team tab allows instructors to add or remove members to the course team. Instructors can see all the team members by role, and add team members by role.

Acceptance Criteria

1. There is a button to view permissions in the Console (if user has permissions)
2. There is a button to add team members Ticket - Add Course Team Member #104 Button styling is primary
3. There is a tabbed interface: Team Members and Roles
4. Team Members tab shows all course team members
5. Datatable shows username, email, role, and a button to edit.
   • if user clicks 'edit' the edit roles modal appears (ticket number)
6. Data table can be filtered by role Ticket - Roles filter and search #102
7. CCX Coach appears if CCX is enabled for a course
