Bug Report: "Courses" Link in LMS Navigation Bar Not Working

Description

The "Courses" link in the LMS navigation bar remains visible even when the user is already on the courses page. Clicking on it in this scenario leads to a blank page instead of reloading the current page. This affects usability and navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

Log in to the LMS.
Navigate to the Courses page.
Click on the "Courses" link in the navigation bar again.
Observe that the page does not reload and instead results in a blank screen.

Expected Behavior

The "Courses" link should either:
Reload the same page when clicked while already on the courses page, or
Be visually disabled or removed from the navigation bar when on the courses page.

Actual Behavior

The "Courses" link remains visible in the navigation bar even when on the courses page.
Clicking it in this state leads to a blank page instead of reloading the content.
