Add CableName or ID with own Informations in PathDrawing Screen

We use CableID´s and Names in our large Infrastructure.
It would be great if we could also add these Informations in the PathDrawing:
So we could use an ID Tag on the Cable, if clicked or Mouseover you could Read some more Informations like: Color, Lenght, Type (eg. Cat5e).

This would be a great very useful addition. Just like any device, cables need to be tracked. A cable is a chunk of hardware than should be tracked just like any other hardware device.
When the admin is looking on screen & talking to an end user to trace the path, then the on screen path should have the cabling info. Also the view path connection should have the cabling within the view.

We currently track cable numbers with a spreadsheet & device notes. Would be better & helpful the the above suggestion.
