Birth Form > Child Details > create the event for Birth without entering any details then I clicked on browser back space. Every time new draft is created.

Improvement : If I am going to create the event for Birth without entering any details then I clicked on browser back space. Every time new draft is created.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new Event
2. Select Event type Birth
3. Click on Continue Button
4. Without Entering any Details Clicked on Browser Back space button
5. Everytime new Draft is created by repeating this process

Actual Result:
Without entering any details while creating the birth event. Every time a new Draft is created.

Expected Result:
We should have Min criteria to save as a draft while creating the Birth Event.
