i used the QA server as the jump host last time.... if we are not willing to keep QA server then what kind of VPN server we have to maintain for traffic to be diverted to production server

and can you please throw some light on how the loadbalancing between 3 production instances will happen? do we have to have any 3rd party load balancer like from the AWS or the load balancing is done internally?
