Icon duplication bug in Menu Rewrite

In this file, I'm encountering a bug where breakout room icon 1 is being duplicated when changing between a room with more than 3 breakout rooms to one with fewer than 3 breakout rooms.

So we found the issue relates to whether the SVG is in the link or after it.
