./configure: not such command

_LINUX_PKGS/openastro-master$ sudo ./configure
sudo: ./configure: not such command

I search internet and i found that i must run autoreconf -i which produces

"aclocal: warning: couldn't open directory 'm4': No such file or directory"

Then sudo ./configure which says that libdraw is needed...

I downloaded the last version from here, github.

I installed libdraw https://www.libraw.org/download

I had to run autoreconf -f -i then ./configure worked for me
