Installing in Windows Arm64 currently fails requiring Rust.

I have the same problem.
Are there any workarounds or solutions available yet?

This is because one of our dependencies, jiter, doesn't provide a precompiled wheel for windows arm, in the meantime you may need to install the rust compiler.
