Summary:

App crashes repeatedly when add Savings Account in clicked in the centers module.

Steps to reproduce:
Go to "Centers" in the bottom nav bar.
Click on any center.
Click on the 3 dots in the top left side and choose Add Savings Account.

Expected behaviour:

A sheet which takes in user input to be displayed.

Observed behaviour:

App crash
