MyUoM has not been explicitly developed accessibility-first. It requires some changes in order to reach an acceptable level of accessibility. This feature could help reach this goal. The idea is to have a widget(practically a floating button on the bottom right) that can help the user tailor it to his limitations to have a pleasant user experience.
