No info of weight_init when training.

As the title said, the mmengine runner successfully initialized the model, but no information such as the following was printed:

08/19 16:50:24 - mmengine - INFO -
linear.weight - torch.Size([1, 1]):
XavierInit: gain=1, distribution=normal, bias=0

Is this designed on purpose or is it a bug? The info will be printed when the model.init_weights() is directly called.
